As part of our recent billing system upgrade, we've introduced:

• A new secure online payment portal
• Redesigned billing statements
• Updated electronic communications

When you visit the new portal for the first time, you'll need the Mailing Ref # from the statement you recently received to register and access your online account. See screenshot below.

Note: If you currently have an active online payment plan, it will not be displayed in the new payment portal. However, your scheduled payments will continue to be processed automatically on their assigned due dates. If you would like your payment plan to appear in the new portal or need to make changes, please contact our office and a representative will be happy to assist you.
